Admissions
Current Students
We’re always mindful to follow a sequential process to ensure fairness to everyone. Current students are always our first priority. So for two weeks in February, we distribute an Intent To Register Form, asking parents to select their schedule for the upcoming school year. At that time we collect their annual registration fee of $375.00. This fee is used for classroom materials, performers, presenters, advanced training for our teachers and supplies for special events.

Siblings of Current Students
Siblings are our next consideration. Parents must submit an Intent To Register Form, asking parents to select their schedule for the upcoming school year. At that time we collect their annual registration fee of $375.00. This fee is used for classroom materials, performers, presenters, advanced teacher training and supplies for special events.
Wait Listed Families
To be added to the wait list, families need to take a tour of Harmony Preschool. Tours take about one hour. After the tour, if you would like to secure a spot on the wait list, we ask for a nonrefundable $350.00 wait list fee.
Transitioning Your Child
Children are invited to revisit the school several times with their parents, Our intent is to introduce a new child to our program in a gradual way. Every August we host a “Meet the Teacher Evening”. We encourage all families to attend, meet new friends, and get acquainted with the teaching staff.
Children joining Harmony Preschool in the fall are strongly encouraged to enroll for a few sessions of summer camp prior to the school year beginning. Camp Harmony is exactly that, a camp. Days are structured around outdoor activities, crafts, water play and more. Our experience has been that Camp Harmony provides children the opportunity to make a smooth and gradual transition into Harmony. We find children that attend camp are more able to transition, and preschool in the fall often begins very smoothly.

Tuition
Your annual tuition is divided into 10 monthly payments. The first due August 1st. The remainder of the 10 payments are due the 1st of each month, with the last ending May 1st.

Discounts
You are entitled to a discount if:
- You pay your child’s annual tuition in full on or before August 15th.
- You have two children enrolled at Harmony. (Your second child is entitled to a 2% discount off their annual tuition.) Unfortunately the two discounts cannot be combined.
***Summer camp is not included your annual tuition payments.

Immunization & Health
Healthy Learning Starts With A Healthy Child.
We know there is nothing more important to you than your child. So of course you want to make sure they are feeling their best. We feel the same way. And as a licensed preschool with the state of Colorado, we are required to adhere to certain guidelines to ensure the health and safety of your child.

Immunizations & Physical
As part of our enrollment process, parents are required to provide a current physical from your doctor. The State of Colorado requires that all children in childcare and/or preschool must have an annual physical. Your doctor will need to fill out a medical form stating that your child has had a complete physical and is in good health and free of communicable diseases. Additionally, Colorado requires all children have the following immunizations:
- DPT: diphtheria, pertussis (whooping cough) and tetanus
- MMR: measles, mumps and rubella (german measles)
- Influenza type B: flu
- Polio
- Hepatitis B
- Varicella (chicken pox)
- Haemophilus
Due to licensing requirements, no child will be permitted to attend school until all information is provided. No exceptions can be made.
